2. Shopify Platform and Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using this website, you also agree to be bound by Shopify's Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform, payment processing, and related infrastructure but is not a party to the sale of products between you and OYEPEJU LLC.

A contract of sale is formed between you and OYEPEJU LLC when your order is confirmed and accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and do not include state or local sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Delivery

We ship to eligible street addresses across all 50 US states and DC. Orders are fulfilled from US-based partner fulfillment centers (Free Standard Shipping, estimated 5–9 business days). Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 calendar days from delivery on eligible physical products. Returns require RMA authorization and must be sent to the designated intake warehouse. Damage resulting from improper installation of lighting fixtures is not eligible for return or warranty coverage.

7. Installation and Safety

Lighting fixtures should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes and the manufacturer's instructions. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with security, submit false information, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
